This excellent outsourced service allows Eurolaser to reduce your technology procurement, imaging, configuration, deployment and maintenance to a fraction of the cost that it would be, without the enormous capital outlay or drain of keeping a 2,000 – 2,500 workstation bench configuration area to image/prepare your computers.
The large volume of computers configured, combined with repetition of a documented proven process, leads to consistent, efficient, high quality results at a fraction of the cost.
With over 400 feet of bench space, each technician can be involved in configuring as many as ten computers simultaneously.
Within the facility at Birmingham, seventy-five commissioning technicians along with ten dedicated QA technicians vet and authorise work prior to any shipment to our facility in Heathrow, delivery or installation on a customer site. Supporting this is a dedicated Image Team, consisting of four technicians, and a further dedicated Server Team of five technicians.
This extensive resource allows us to simultaneously bench up to 2000 desktop systems or 2500 portable laptops.
